Tammy Jolene Corey

Tammy J. Corey, age 57, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Mayo Clinic Hospital Rochester, Methodist Campus. Tammy Jolene Davis was born in Austin, Minnesota on January 7, 1965, to Roger and Mary (Steinblock) Davis. She worked for over 30 years as a clerk at Mower County WIC in Austin. Tammy’s greatest passion in life was spending time with her family and pets. She loved cooking and hosting family on the holidays. She also enjoyed a good cup of coffee, visiting the casino, and was a Scooby-Doo enthusiast.

Survivors include her husband, Jay Corey; children, Jeremy LaFond, Tanner Corey, and Bailey Corey; siblings, Gary (Becky) Davis, Laurie (Gary) Harris, Brenda (Richard) Ellingson, Tim (Michelle) Davis, and Ron (Heather) Davis; many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Mary Davis; and sister, Debbie Lynn.
