Peter T. Winkels, age 69, of Rose Creek, died Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Good Samaritan Society in Albert Lea. A Memorial Service will be held 1 pm on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Queen of Angels Catholic Church and a Celebration of Life will be held 3 pm on Saturday at the Austin V.F.W.
