Patricia "Pat" Hull

Patricia “Pat” Louise Hull, age 80 of Austin, Minnesota, passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at her home in Austin surrounded by her family. Patricia was born December 4, 1938 in Lansing, Minnesota, to Howard and Dorothy (Thompson) Irwin. She attended St. John’s Lutheran School, then graduated from Austin High School in 1956. After high school she attended and graduated from Navey Hospital School of Nursing. On June 27, 1958, she married Rollo “Mick” Hull at the First United Methodist Church in Austin, Minnesota. Patricia was a dedicated nurse for 39 years at the former Austin Clinic until her retirement in 1999. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Las Vegas to spend time with her daughter and grandchildren. She spent many hours knitting, crocheting and was a gifted quilter making and creating beautiful hand stitched quilts. Pat will be dearly missed by all that knew her.

Survivors include her loving husband, Rollo “Mick” Hull of Austin, Minnesota; daughter, Thea (Art Cain) Vittera of Las Vegas, Nevada; four brothers, Hugh (Monica) Irwin, Miles Irwin, Donald (Diana) Irwin, Gary (Gloria) Irwin; sister, Kay (Leslie) Buege; two grandchildren, Jessica (Chris Barr) King of Las Vegas, Nevada, Matthew (Emily) Vittera of Minneapolis, Minnesota; five great grandchildren, Mason King, McKenna King, Marleigh King, Brewster Vittera and Shooter Vittera. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Howard and Dorothy Irwin; two brothers Lesley Irwin, Charles Irwin; four sisters, Jean Ann Irwin, Katherine Irwin, Dorothy “Tina” Longacre and Terry Gray.

A memorial service and celebration of life will be held at Crane Community Chapel Friday, August 30, 2019 at 1:00 pm with visitation one hour prior to the service. Private family interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.  Memorials can be made to the Crane Community Chapel Youth Fund.
