Mary Jorgenson

Mary Jane Jorgenson, age 74, of Austin, died Saturday Oct 28, 2017 at Sacred Heart Hospice-Austin. Mary was born Oct 4, 1943 in Austin, Minnesota to Vernon and Mildred (Neitzal) Ellison. She grew up in Austin and graduated from Austin High School. On Sept 21, 1968 she was united in marriage to James Jorgenson in Austin. The couple lived in Austin their whole lives and had 2 children Gretchen (Tom) Mork and John Jorgenson Survivors include her husband, Jim, Austin, MN; daughter Gretchen (Tom) Mork, Austin MN; son John Jorgenson, Austin MN; The light of her life life, her three grandchildren, Cole (Casey Trom) Kroneman, Skylar (Elijah Dahman) Kroneman, Jarrett Kroneman; Brothers, Glenn (Mary) Ellison, Paul (Carol) Ellison; Sisters Sharon (Richard) Wilkie, Lynette Jagst She is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Kathleen Mildenstein and Sharlene Hansen. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 am on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Father Jim Steffes officiating. Friends may call from 4-7 pm on Wednesday at Mayer Funeral Home and also one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
