Magdalena "Maggie" Moreno Suarez

Magdalena “Maggie” Moreno Suarez, age 95, of Brownsdale, Minnesota, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2023, at the Legacy of Brownsdale. Maggie was born on March 15, 1928, in Luling, Texas, to Jesus Vargas and Maria Jimenez. In 1943, she was united in marriage to Albino L. Moreno. In 1997, Maggie married Teodoro Suarez. She resided in Albert Lea and Rochester. Maggie loved cats, crocheting, crafts, and cooking for her family. She was an active member and volunteer for the Salvation Army Church for many years. Maggie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Maggie is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Fred) Delaney of Rochester, MN; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Albino Moreno and Teodoro Suarez; children, Albino Moreno Jr. and Rachel Esquivel; and grandchild, Yessenia Esquivel.
