Kellee Renae Jochumsen

Kellee Renae Jochumsen, age 65, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Colony Court Senior Living Solutions in Adams, Minnesota. She was born April 20, 1960, in Austin, Minnesota to Robert and LaRayne (Lomholt) Jochumsen. She graduated from Austin High School. She later attended Austin Community College for a Childhood Education Certificate. She had 4 children, Melissa, Sarah, Amber, and Aaron. When Aaron was a baby, Kellee met the love of her life, Roger Allen. Kellee was a very strong and independent woman but had a loving heart which showed in the careers that she had throughout the years. She worked at Semcac Head Start as a preschool teacher and later Austin Manor. She was an avid outdoors lover. She loved fishing, yardwork, and planting flowers. While indoors, she enjoyed reading books, doing puzzles, and crafts. She enjoyed doing crafts with her kids and grandkids every Christmas. Celebrating holidays was a big deal to her, especially on the Fourth of July. Sharing her loves and passions with her kids and grandkids is what made her whole.

Survivors include her daughters, Melissa (Fidel) Molina and Amber Jochumsen; son, Aaron Jochumsen; grandchildren, Kayla Jochumsen, Samantha Jochumsen, Kassie Molina, Sabrina Jochumsen, and Tristan Molina; sisters, KaLyn Ellis and Karyn Nelson; brothers, Kevin Jochumsen, Kendahl Jochumsen, and Kerry (Katie) Jochumsen. She was preceded in death by her stillborn daughter, Sarah; significant other, Roger Allen; parents, Robert and LaRayne Jochumsen; and sister-in law, Alberta Jochumsen.

A celebration of life will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025, at Worlein-Hoff Funeral Home in Austin, Minnesota. Worlein-Hoff Funeral Homes are assisting the family with arrangements.
