Helen Radimecky

Helen M. Radimecky , age 85, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at Seasons Hospice House in Rochester, Minnesota. Helen Marie was born in Austin, Minnesota, to Stanley and Helen (Shoemaker) Florek on July 6, 1936. She grew up in Austin and graduated from Austin High School in 1954. Helen lived in Chicago, Illinois and Minneapolis, Minnesota before returning to Austin in 1996. She worked for 21 years as a warehouse clerk for Outboard Marine Corporation. She enjoyed sewing and playing cards. Helen will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her sons, Dr. Val Radimecky of Frisco, Texas, William Radimecky of Kansas City, Kansas; three grandchildren, Anne Marie (A.J.) Ridgeway, Rachel Radimecky, and James Radimecky; two great grandchildren, Holly Ridgeway and Logan Ridgeway; sister, Margaret Lenoch of Austin, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Helen Florek; and special friend, Merv Sauer.
