David Mendoza, Jr.

David Mendoza, Jr., of Austin, Minnesota, was called home to our Lord Jesus on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at age 68. David was born September 11, 1952 in Romita, Guanajuato, Mexico and was raised in Mission, Texas. He moved to Austin, Minnesota in 2012 to be with family. David worked at Holiday Cars as an auto detailer for over 8 years. He also sold produce and products for Austins Awesome 24 hours Auctions. He was an extremely loving and caring father and grandfather. His grandchildren were everything to him. David loved listening to music and being surrounded by family. He really enjoyed watching sports, especially the Minnesota Twins and Minnesota Vikings.

David will be greatly missed by his wife, Janie Mendoza; children, David III (Janie) Mendoza, Tony (Claudia) Mendoza, Pricilla (Cheuy) Inthamthirath, Crystal (Joseph) Ramos; and 15 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Life Ministries Church, 2919 N. Closner Blvd., Edinburg, TX 78541. Worlein Funeral Home of Austin is assisting the family with local arrangements.
