Conrad Stanley Masyga, 84, of Austin, Minnesota died January 22, 2013 at Our House Memory Care Center in Austin, Minnesota. He was born March 10, 1928 in Winona, Minnesota to Vincent and Adelaide Masyga. He grew up in Winona attending St. Stanislaus School and Winona High School. He worked at Winona General Hospital as an orderly and Allen Tree Service. He was married to Rose Anita Anderson at the Cathedral in Winona in 1950. After moving to Austin Conrad worked for Milwaukee Railroad and co-owned M&W Tree Service. He was treasurer of the United Transportation Union and was an assistant Boy Scout Master of Troop 104. Conrad was an avid hunter and trout fisherman. He is survived by his wife Rose of the home, Michael (Rena Marlene) Masyga of Prescott, Wisconsin, Dawn (Robby) Rogers of Rochester, Minnesota, Patrick (Denise) Masyga of Bloomington, Minnesota, Kristine (Barry) Heine of Albert Lea, a brother Gerald Masyga, 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A funeral mass for Conrad Masyga will be celebrated on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Austin at 11:00a.m. with one hour visitation before the mass and from 4:00p.m. until 7:00p.m. on Friday.
