Charles Leonard Mast

Charles Leonard Mast, age 79, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022, at his home. Charles was born November 19, 1943, in St. Francis, Kansas, to Leonard and Wilma Mast. He attended high school in Kansas and went on to receive his bachelor’s degree from Winona State University. He served his country in the United States Navy. Charles worked as a contractor for most of his life and owned and operated Mast & Associates. He was united in marriage to Linda Whalen for 44 years. In 1984, they adopted three boys. Charles loved family trips to Kansas and going fishing with his boys. He also enjoyed reading western books and collecting guns. Charles will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his sons, Ron (Jen Rosenberg) Mast, Lon (Kim) Mast, and Rey (Maria) Mast; grandchildren, Colin Meiners, Brandon, Bobby, and Terry Mast, Annabella Mast, and Mareyann Mast; and brother, Marion (Joan) Mast. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Mast; and his parents, Leonard and Wilma Mast.
