Brian K. Miller, age 52, of Austin Brian was born on April 5, 1966 in Austin and passed away at St. Mary’s hospital in Rochester on Thursday, April 4, 2019. If you didn’t have the chance to meet Brian he would have been recognized by his deep blue eyes and his kind soul. Brian was an avid dart player, lover of music, and collected guitars and stereo equipment. If you ever visited his home, you would have known he was there just by the blasting sounds of rock music. He was an amazing cook, whether it was during his employment years where he worked as a cook at various local restaurants and bars or just cooking for family and friends. He used his recipes throughout life to bring family and friends closer together. His fondest memories included spending time with his father, Butch driving out on the country roads and taking his children camping in their younger years. For the ones who had the pleasure of meeting Brian, they could describe him as funny, positive, compassionate, and a giving family man, in which they had immediately developed a lifelong friendship with. Brian had 5 children & 15 grandchildren whom he was dedicated to and loved so much, making sure that each and every one of them had their own special bond with him. Brian is survived by his mother, Diane Miller; sister, Brenda (Bruce) Oakland; daughters, Crista Green, Nicole Green, Candus Green, Amber (Carlos) Bautista; son, Codie Miller; grandchildren, Jacob, Casey, Conner, Caitlyn, Abigail, Amelia, Noah, Sophia, Daisy, Teighlynn, Carson, Riley, Jack, Sebastian, Stephanie; nephew, Nick Miller; and Adam Green whom he considered as a son; many uncles, aunts and cousins. Brian is preceded in death by his father Donald “Butch” Miller; grandparents, Newman & Myrtle Tesdahl; uncle, Bill Miller. Our hearts rest knowing he was finally reunited with the love of his life, Angela Underdahl in heaven.
