Anthony "Mufasa" R. Baker-Longoria

Anthony “Mufasa” R. Baker-Longoria, age 29, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at his home in Austin. Anthony Robert was born on November 28, 1993, in Glendora, California, to Angel Longoria. He attended Austin High School and worked for Weiss Inventory Company. Anthony enjoyed the Raiders, fishing, playing Xbox, and watching movies. He had a funny, dry sense of humor and loved getting a rise out of people. Most of all, Anthony loved his family deeply. He loved spending time with his sisters, his cats, Buddy and King, and his dog, Abby, and he had a great relationship with his mom. Anthony will be forever missed and loved.

Anthony is survived by his mom, Angel Longoria; sisters, Alexis (Jose Valenzuela) Longoria, Alicia Longoria, and Arianna Longoria; special cousins, Javier Samora and Jasmine Hosteller; grandma, Suzette Petty; nieces and nephews, Italia Longoria, Evan Valenzuela, and Gianni Valenzuela; aunts, Stephanie and Rachel; great-aunts and great-uncles, Patrick Whitcomb, Beth Wilson, Mike Chamberlin, Jacky Hatfield, and Missy Haroldson; close friends, Pete Reyes, Americo Reyes, and Don Bakken; many cousins and other friends. He was preceded in death by his great-grandma, Ann Wenigar; grandpa, Manuel Longoria; aunts, Amy Chamberlin and Debby Harris; and uncle, David Chamberlin.

A sharing of memories for Anthony will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023, at Mayer-Hoff Funeral Home in Austin.
