Anita Ryan

Anita Maria (Tuttle) Ryan, age 69, of Lyle, died Saturday, May 22, 2010 at her home after fighting cancer for the past 10 years. Anita was born January 6, 1941 in Searcy, Arkansas and moved to Minnesota in 1969. She married Dennis Ryan. Anita ran a daycare in Austin, Minnesota for 17 years and ran Grumpy's Bar in St. Ansgar, Iowa for 10 years. She was a homemaker for the last four years. Anita also played on several pool leagues in Minnesota and Iowa. Survivors include her husband, Dennis Ryan, Lyle, Mn; children, Terry (Rodger) Evans, Sallisaw, Ok, David Wayne Lederhos, Kansas City, Mo, Lori Anne (Mark) Wanous, Owatonna, Mn, Kristie Lederhos, North Carolina, Keith (Mel) Ryan, Rose Creek, Mn; 10 grandchildren; one great grandson; brothers, Kenneth (Sheila) Tuttle, Fort Smith, Ar, Jack (Faye) Tuttle, Centerton, Ar. She is preceded in death by her sister, Linda Tuttle; father, Albert Tuttle; mother, Leona Tuttle. A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 29, 2010 at Mayer Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Christiansen officiating. Friends may call from 4-7 pm on Friday and also 1/2 hour before the service at Mayer Funeral Home on Saturday.
