Service Options

Often one of the biggest choices when making funeral arrangements is deciding on what type of service you should have. There are many options to consider for what best fits the person and budget.

Traditional Funeral Service with Visitation and Burial includes public or private viewing of the deceased at the funeral home or elsewhere, a service either at the funeral home or elsewhere (such as a funeral mass or service at a church) and burial or entombment in a cemetery.

Traditional Funeral Service with Visitation and Cremation includes public or private viewing of the deceased at the funeral home or elsewhere, a service either at the funeral home or elsewhere (such as a funeral mass or service at a church) followed by cremation. The cremains can then either be buried in a cemetery, inurned in a columbarium, scattered or kept for later disposition.

Cremation with Memorial Service includes cremation followed at some time by a memorial service for the deceased with or without the cremains present. Cremains can then either be buried in a cemetery, inurned in a columbarium, scattered or kept for later disposition.

Direct Cremation is for cremation without any type of formal services. Cremains can then either be buried in a cemetery, inurned in a columbarium, scattered or kept for later disposition.

Direct Burial includes burial or entombment of the deceased in a cemetery without any visitation or service.

Graveside Services in most cases is a service at the cemetery following a traditional funeral service. There is also the option to combine graveside services with a direct cremation when the cremains are buried or to have a service at the grave with a direct burial.
